Nate Wilbourne - CEO,
Joins the ENDO/BATH™ team as the acting Managing Partner of Sagesse Capital, LLC, a leading venture capital firm bringing energy, connections and domain expertise to the strongest entrepreneurs in the Southeast while focusing on the development and success of start-up businesses in the technology and medical technology fields. Prior to his arrival at EndoSAFE he served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Telemetry Labs, LLC a M2M technology and applications service provider located in Atlanta, Georgia, which offers white label technology solutions and services that deliver next generation web-based remote diagnostic control technologies. Nate is the former Vice President of Sales for TRUMPF Medical Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of capital sales equipment in the medical device arena. Prior to TRUMPF, Nathan was the Director of Sales for Stryker Communications, a $150mm division of Stryker Corporation. Mr. Wilbourne is an established sales professional with valuable experience in capital sales, sales management, project management, customer relationships, and product development for several best-in-class device manufacturers. Nate has extensive experience in the medical device world and has developed relationships with several of the largest healthcare providers and GPO’s throughout the US. Nate graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Finance in 1997.

Nicholas Steele – Principal,
Highly motivated, creative entrepreneur and Senior Executive with a proven track record to spot opportunities, create organizations and lead them in the successful pursuit of profits. Nick currently operates as chairman of Telemetry Labs, as well as acting board member for One Care, LLC and CoreGuards Solutions, and is a partner in Sagesse Capital, LLC. He has a unique ability to conceive of and capture Intellectual Property advantageous to corporations resulting in several awarded patents. Diverse experiences leading companies in different industries ranging from technology start ups to financial services. In addition 6 years prior experience as an Officer in the United States Military. Skilled at working cross-culturally with extensive experience in the Middle East, Europe, Russia and Latin America. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dr. Jon Trankina – Principal,
Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, whose training included a a one-year fellowship in endoscopy after his gastroenterology fellowship. Dr. Trankina attended medical school at Emory University School of Medicine and graduated in 1986 having 25 years experience. Additional Gastroenterology training was conducted at Medical University South Carolina College of Medicine.Jon’s undergraduate degree was in microbiology.
